Terms & Conditions of pp96com – Terms of Use Malaysia Betting Platform

1 Definitions & Interpretations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

Any terms not defined above shall be interpreted according to their context within this document. In the event of ambiguity, pp96com's interpretation shall be final.

2 Membership Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use pp96com's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must be a real, living individual — registration by bots, automated scripts, or non-human entities is strictly prohibited.
• You must register voluntarily in your own name — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You are responsible for ensuring that online betting activity is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently on an active self-exclusion list at any known gambling platform.
• You are not a current or former employee of pp96com, nor an immediate family member of any pp96com employee within 12 months of their termination date.

Pp96com cannot be held liable if an individual provides false information regarding their age or eligibility at the time of registration. Any account found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be closed, and funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Registration & Account Management

When you register an account with pp96com, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Required information includes your full name, a valid Malaysian mobile number, email address, and date of birth.

Pp96com adopts a policy of one account per person strictly enforced. This means each individual may only hold one active account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, addresses, or payment details is a serious breach of these terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Pp96com will never ask for your password via email, phone, or Live Chat — do not share your password with anyone, including customer support staff.
• You must notify pp96com immediately if you suspect or discover that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Pp96com is not liable for any losses arising from third-party use of your account if you have shared your login credentials.
• Every transaction carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been made by you.

Members are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date. Inaccurate details may result in delays during withdrawal processing or identity verification.

4 Depositing Funds into Your pp96com Account

Pp96com supports the following deposit methods, all of which are approved Malaysian payment channels:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant deposit, no fees
• GrabPay — instant deposit, no fees
• Boost eWallet — instant deposit, no fees
• ShopeePay — instant deposit, no fees
• DuitNow — processed within 2–5 minutes, no fees
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX-supported banks) — processed within 2–10 minutes

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name. pp96com does not accept deposits from accounts or e-wallets belonging to another person. Deposits received from third-party sources may be held pending completion of verification.

Pp96com is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment service provider. If a deposit credit is delayed due to technical issues on the part of your e-wallet or bank provider, please contact pp96com customer support for assistance.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Pp96com members may withdraw funds from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• A member's identity must be fully verified before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — the return to source.
• Should the original deposit method not support return payments, pp96com reserves the right to determine an appropriate alternative withdrawal method.
• Any active bonus must have its rollover requirements fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Pp96com reserves the right to request identity verification documents (IC, bank statement) before approving large withdrawals.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows (for reference — actual times may vary):

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 30 minutes – 2 hours
• DuitNow Transfer: 1 – 3 hours
• FPX / Bank Transfer: 1 – 6 hours on business days

Pp96com does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are beyond pp96com's control and remain your responsibility.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Pp96com offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms as stated in the relevant offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses at pp96com are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members as specified in the offer's terms.
• Each bonus type may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or directly converted to cash.
• The Welcome Bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• All bonuses have an expiry period — any unused bonus balance will lapse after the specified timeframe.

Pp96com reserves the right to void bonuses or reject bonus claims if there are indications of abuse, including:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Using a VPN or manipulated IP address to access offers not intended for a specific region
• Betting strategies specifically designed to exploit rollover requirements without genuine wagering risk (e.g., hedging or cross-platform arbitrage)
• Any form of collusion between different accounts.

Pp96com reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

7 Betting Rules

Betting at pp96com is subject to both general rules and the specific rules applicable to each game type or event. Rules specific to each category (sports, slots, lottery, e-sports) are available in the relevant sections of the pp96com platform.

General Betting Rules:

• All bets are considered final once confirmed by the pp96com system.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, unless there is a clear technical error on the part of pp96com.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of an event or game, the result determined by the official governing body is final and will be applied by pp96com.
• Pp96com reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started (for pre-event markets) due to technical issues or pricing errors.

Live Betting Rules:

• Live betting is accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event.
• A delay between live events and odds updates is normal — pp96com is not liable for any losses arising from such delays.
• The Cash Out feature allows members to settle a bet early at a value determined by the pp96com system at that point in time. The cash out value is final once confirmed.

8 Responsible Gaming

Pp96com takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we have both a moral and operational commitment to ensuring our members play safely.

Self-control tools available to every pp96com member include:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limit — set a maximum amount you can deposit within a specified period
• Loss Limit — set a maximum amount you are willing to lose per day, week, or month
• Session Time Limits — limit the duration of your playing sessions
• Cooling-Off Period — take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion — close your account for an extended period (6 months, 1 year, or permanently)

10 Account Closure & Termination

Closure by Member: You may close your pp96com account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all active bonus rollover requirements have been met and all eligible funds have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

Closure by pp96com: pp96com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice if:

• The member has breached any term or condition set out in this document.
• The member provided false or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• There is suspicious activity indicative of money laundering or financial fraud
• Member using multiple accounts
• Members using unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage in games
• The member threatens, abuses, or behaves inappropriately towards pp96com staff
• There is a legal or regulatory requirement to close the account in question.

11 pp96com Liability Limit

Pp96com shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by a member arising from use of the pp96com platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance
• Technical failures, internet outages, server disruptions, or software issues beyond pp96com's reasonable control.
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including payment service providers, game providers, or internet service providers
• Any losses resulting from another person's use of your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

Pp96com's services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. pp96com strives to keep the platform running smoothly and reliably, but makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or continuous availability.

Should pp96com be found liable for any claim, pp96com's total liability shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made into the platform in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Pp96com reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made:

• The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated revision date
• For material amendments that significantly affect member rights, pp96com will provide at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, via email or in-platform notification.

In the event of any inconsistency between a version of these Terms & Conditions in another language (if available) and this Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail and take precedence over all other versions.

This document and your relationship with pp96com are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to an appropriate arbitration or tribunal process.
